Bob Allard, Co-Founder and President

Bob Allard started ExtensionEngine from a desire to combine his grasp of technology’s potential for facilitating productivity with a commitment to assisting his clients in any way possible.  ExtensionEngine’s continued growth and profitability are a testimony to those qualities and capabilities.

Bob’s more than 15 years of experience in software, technology, sales, product marketing and strategic business development include work in high performance computing, wide-area networking, database development, mobile applications and many others for leading companies including Integrated Computing Engines, Predictive Systems. His first job, not including mowing lawns, delivering papers and driving trucks, was as an outreach caseworker in Baltimore's inner city with the innovative Choice Program where he mentored teenagers and assisted their families.

A consummate entrepreneur and master relationship builder with a gift for bringing people, ideas and services together Bob, in addition to founding extensionEngine and retentionEngine, is co-inventor of two other web-based solutions around the idea that connecting the right people and the right opportunities produces profitable and otherwise beneficial results.  His paper, "The Care and Feeding of your Network" was selected for publication by ChangeThis.com in 2006.

A graduate of The College of the Holy Cross (BA, Philosophy), where he received the Presidential Service Award, Allard also attended Harvard University's Program on Negotiation.  He is a member of The CEO Roundtable, Legatus, The MIT Enterprise Forum, The Chief Executive's Club of Boston, and is a tenor with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, the choir of the Boston Symphony.  Bob resides in North Andover, MA with his wife Dee and two young boys Noah and Thomas (a.k.a. "Tug").

Niksa Radovic, CTO and Co-Founder

Niksa Radovic graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude from Brandeis University with a double major of Computer Science and Economics.  He is a Watson Fellow and a recipient of a Wien International Scholarship as well as the Mitchom Award for Excellence in Computer Science.  His interests and accomplishments make him one of those rare engineers that appreciates the value of and need for a strong business case in new developments of every kind.

ik’s professional history began even before graduating from Brandeis where, as a Research Assistant, he was part of a team that designed and implemtned algorithms for massive parallel computers.   After graduating Nik worked as Director of Technology for India’s Texnet Information Services where he led a programming team that developed a system for disseminating information through computer networks for manufacturing industries in developing countries where interactive on-line services were not feasible due to poor telecommunication infrastructure.  Later, as a Product Group Manager for ICE., Inc., Nik lead the team that developed special effects plug-ins for Adobe After Effects.  He subsequently consulted on and developed database, web-based and mobile products and solutions for companies including Pfizer, Cap Gemina, Ernst & Young, MTV, Disney, and Sony Pictures.

As co-founder in ExtensionEngine's sister company RetentionEngine, Inc., Nik was responsible for developing the company’s web-based suite of modules for planning, correlating and managing corporate and compensation-related data.  Nik is also a founder of AdriaGAMES, LLC. where he continues to oversee a programming team that has now developed more than fifteen games for mobile phones distributed by major wireless carriers worldwide including Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Vivo Brazil, and Tata India.  Currently, Nik divides his time between coaching our engineers, recruiting and working in extensionEngine Labs on new products.

Stjepan Radovic, COO and Co-founder, ExtensionEngine, LLC

Current Positions

• Day to day management of the team that developed database driven web-based and mobile products for US based companies. Short client list: MTV, Disney, Sony Pictures, PHT Corp.
• CEO, MANAS
• Participated in the development of a family hotel as well as two residential buildings. Involved in virtually every stage of the development: financing, planning, permitting, coordination of contractors and sub-contractors.
• COO and Co-founder, RetentionEngine, Inc. 2001-present
• Day to day management of the team that developed web-based suite of modules for planning, correlating and managing the large amount data relating to compensation. Short client list: Pfizer, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Investcorp.
• COO and Co-founder, AdriaGAMES, LLC. 2004-present
• Day to day management of the team that developed fifteen games for mobile phones.  Setup distribution with major wireless carriers worldwide: Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Vivo Brazil, Tata India.

• Manager of the Computer Systems Audits, PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Inc., Split, Croatia, 1999-2001.
• Founded a department for Computer Systems Audits in Split and led the team within the company. The job included analysis of the computer systems used in banks/companies in Croatia.
• Auditor, Coopers & Lybrand, Inc., Split Croatia, 1997-1999.
• Worked on audits and due diligence process to major banks and companies throughout Croatia and Bosnia for International investors groups.
