Bob Allard, Co-Founder and President
Bob Allard co-founded extensionEngine (eE) to combine his expertise in facilitating productivity through leading-edge technology with his dedication to assisting clients in any way possible. eE’s continued growth and profitability are testaments to those capabilities and values.
Allard’s technology career spans more than 15 years and includes experience in software sales, product marketing and strategic business development. He has worked in disciplines such as high-performance computing, wide-area networking, database development and mobile applications for leading companies including Integrated Computing Engines and Predictive Systems. His first job, aside from mowing lawns, delivering newspapers and driving trucks, was serving as an outreach caseworker in Baltimore’s innovative Choice Program, where he mentored inner-city teenagers and assisted their families.
An energetic entrepreneur with a knack for bringing together people, ideas and ways to get stuff done, Allard has founded two companies: extensionEngine and retentionEngine. In 2006, Allard authored “The Care and Feeding of your Network” published by ChangeThis.com which outlines his ideas about networking (people, not computers). Additionally, he sits on the board of two startups that he co-founded, i-Nalysis and iSpecimen, as well as a number of advisory boards including Vertical Performance Partners.
A graduate of The College of the Holy Cross where he was a recipient of the college’s Presidential Service Award, Allard also attended Harvard’s Program on Negotiation. He co-founded the Boston Catholic Conferences (www.bostonCatholic.com), and is a member of The CEO Roundtable, The MIT Enterprise Forum, Vistage and The Chief Executive’s Club of Boston. A tenor with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, and an aspiring rock star with his band, the Bleeding Hearts, Allard lives in Andover, MA with his family.
Niksa Radovic, CTO and Co-Founder
Niksa Radovic graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, from Brandeis University with degrees in computer science and economics. He is a Watson Fellow, as well as a recipient of a Wien International Scholarship and the Mitchom Award for Excellence in Computer Science.
As a research assistant at Brandeis, Radovic served on a team that designed and implemented algorithms for massive parallel computers. After graduation, Radovic became director of technology for India’s Texnet Information Services, where he led a programming team that built a networked system for disseminating information for manufacturing industries in developing countries. Later, as a product group manager for ICE., Inc., Radovic led the team that created special effects plug-ins for Adobe After Effects. He subsequently consulted on and developed database, web-based and mobile solutions for Pfizer, Cap Gemina, Ernst & Young, MTV, Disney and Sony Pictures.
As co-founder of extensionEngine’s sister company retentionEngine, Inc., Radovic was responsible for developing the company’s web-based suite of modules for planning, correlating and managing corporate and compensation-related data. Radovic also founded AdriaGAMES, LLC, which has created more than 15 games for mobile phones distributed by major wireless carriers worldwide. Currently, Radovic divides his time between mentoring our engineers, recruiting staff and developing new products in extensionEngine’s labs.
Stjepan Radovic, COO and Co-Founder
Stjepan “Stipe” Radovic is in charge of the day-to-day management of extensionEngine software engineering teams, which develop database-driven, web-based and mobile products. In the past, he has worked with high-profile media clients such as MTV, Disney and Sony Pictures. Additionally, he is a co-founder of retentionEngine and AdriaGAMES, LLC, which has created more than a dozen games for mobile devices, and CEO of Manas, d.o.o, a Croatian real estate development company with properties in Split and the Dingac peninsula.
Radovic’s previous experience includes managing the Computer Systems Audits team at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, serving as an auditor at Coopers and Lybrand and establishing and managing worldwide distribution relationships with major wireless carriers (Verizon Wireless, Cingular, Vivo Brazil and Tata India). A member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and a graduate of the University of Zagreb’s School of Management, Radovic lives in Split with his wife and two children.
Furqan Nazeeri, Partner
Furqan Nazeeri is a technology entrepreneur with more than 15 years experience building and managing high growth software companies. He was the founder and CEO of Viridus, an online network for corporate sustainability professionals. Prior to that, he was founder and CEO of Pivot, Inc. where he raised over $15 million in venture capital and built what is today one of the largest networks for professional traders with nearly 8,000 traders at 400 hedge fund and banking clients. He started his career as an engineer and project manager for REVA, one of the world’s largest selling electric vehicles. He is also on the board or adviser to several companies and organizations. At extensionEngine, Mr. Nazeeri is responsible for account management, strategy consulting, operations and finance.

Mr. Nazeeri has a BSE in aerospace engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Harvard University. At Michigan he was team leader for the national champion Solar Car Team and continues to be an adviser and mentor to the team.
Ofri Markus, Sr. Product Manager
Ofri Markus has 11 years of experience designing world-class software and managing complex development projects. He began his career as a software engineer in the Israeli Air Force, where he absorbed the methodologies and culture of developing state-of-the-art software systems. After eight years managing R&D teams and rising to the rank of captain, he decided to explore the commercial side of software and joined Tadiran Telecom LTD, a global provider of telecommunications software and equipment. At Tadiran, Markus worked with clients managing call center integration projects throughout the world and played a leading role in the company’s efforts to enter new markets.
In his current role as senior product manager with eE, Markus works with clients to analyze their needs, create design specifications and requirements documents and manage development teams. He earned an M.S. degree in Engineering and Management from MIT, where he graduated from the System Design and Management program, as well as a B.A. degree in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University, Israel. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Brookline, Mass.
